Did you know, that Cape Kolka near Kolka village in Nothern Courland is one of the best places for bird watching in Latvia? On April 23 from 10:00 to 13:00 and on April 24 from 6:00 to 9:00 there will be a local ornithologist at the Cape Kolka, who will help you to recognize the migrating birds.

Actually, we have things going on here all year round in Slitere National Park and Livonian coast. Check them out on calender 2011! It is available in Latvian language only right now.
