Beautiful flower boats are flattering the residents and guests of Livonian Coast in Kolka village at Cape Kolka this summer. Setting them up was the idea by Dzintra, the teacher in local music school. After friendly support from local government members, who donated their salaries for this project, and several local businesses and residents, the flower boats were made by a local craftsman Aigars. Building a flower boat is not enough, therefore local residents Inta, Inga, Velta, Aija and Livonian Centre volunteer their time in taking regular care for the flowers.

Surprisingly, while preparing a TV broadcast about the flower boats, the people spotted a white crow, who was probably completely albino!!!
